What The HEC | HEC is seeking a new Co-Ordinator

Hills Environment Centre (HEC) is seeking a Co-Ordinator to manage the day to day
running of our centre.

Based in picturesque Norton Summit, this is a diverse and exciting role in a delightful
workplace, with carparking facilities on site and a fantastic opportunity to engage with
the Hills community.

The Role:
 Collaborating with existing stakeholders and building new partnerships.
 Planning and promoting sustainability and environmental events.
 Operations and administration duties.
 Recruit and manage volunteers.

You will need great verbal and written communication skills, be an excellent organiser
with the ability to work unsupervised, creative, and passionate about what we do.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Xero Financial software is required. We are looking
for applicants with experience in environmental management and relevant
qualifications, although not essential, will be highly regarded.

The position is permanent part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Tuesday to
Thursday, with some evening and weekend work required.

ASO4 award rates apply.
